Urban Robotics’ history is deeply rooted into U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) applications, and the DoD continues to be the primary customer for our business today. Our advanced high-tech algorithms and systems have enabled leaps forward in Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) applications, and are geared to directly aid the warfighter on the ground.

Customers include the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and DARPA.

Our products are actively in use in CENTCOM operations. Deployed PeARL™ Imaging Systems have proven vital to high- priority operations on an ongoing 24/7 basis. With its ability to provide seamless high resolution maps in under 36 hours for very large areas, the PeARL system is in high demand. To date, well over a million 16 MegaPixel images have been acquired in the field.

Our products have been designed from the ground up to handle the rugged requirements associated with military field deployment. Our WulfPack™ Computer Cluster Systems have undergone several generational designs to address the challenging aircraft and remote ground deployments for military use. In particular, systems have been built for low and unstable power conditions, high ambient temperatures, rough handling, constant vibrations, desert sandstorms and easy field installations and servicing.

In addition, advanced TerraFlash™ technologies, such as real-time FLIR mosaicing and digital terrain modeling from imagery, are being developed and adapted for ISR applications.

For future national defense customers, we offer a strong engineering team that can address the most challenging ISR applications and requirements. We specialize and thrive in creating advanced algorithms that require significant computational muscle, but can still be rapidly deployable into active operations. Besides our products, we offer our engineering services on a time and materials (T&M) basis and have several funding vehicles available. Our T&M cost structures are competitively priced.
